What’s your “why?’

we all have reasons for wanting to improve our health—from wanting to fit into that pair or jeans to wanting to dance at our grandchild’s wedding or simply have an easier time climbing the stairs, prevent or reverse chronic illness…and usually there’s an even more meaningful r eason behind that. whatever your ‘why’ might be, I’m here to help you find the small steps that will lead to a greater change; will take you there, will fit with your lifestyle so that they’re sustainable, so the tyou don’t get overwhelmed, to make it simple and fit into your life.

Our ideas of health concept will look different to all of us at different times in our lives. It’s not a state we arrive at suddenly but, a path we’re always traveling. And at certain points, it can be particularly useful to have a “wellness GPS;” a supportive guide who can help to navigate and avoid potential roadblocks along the way.

As your coach, I’m here to:

  • help you understand the deeper meaning behind your goals in order to generate and maintain momentum in the long term

  • empower you with the information, tools, and insights you’ll need to go forward living and feeling like the healthiest version of yourself

I tailor a customized approach for all of my clients

We’re all different, and it just makes sense that what works well for one might not be helpful for another. Most coaching sessions are 30 minutes to one hour in length and typically held once a week, with text or email support between sessions. Of course, my approach is flexible and, together, we’ll create a customized plan specifically for you.

We can meet virtually via phone, Skype, or another format, or in person. You can come to one of my offices in New York City, or I can come right to your kitchen or meet you at the grocery store. It’s all about what will be most helpful for you.
